Excellent pilot Jorge, its a shame it wasn't picked up it looks amazing and really appealing the characters are fantastic.
Sucks that Disney didn't pick it up. The pilot was awesome. I'd totally watch it. Maybe you'd have better luck with Nick.

I think it's great that people like you and Chris/Lynne have been posting their pilots so that they are not just swept under the rug and forgotten.
El corto es bastante bueno, increible de hecho, y Carmen es una chica espectacular, me atrevo a decir que es el mejor personaje que has creado hasta ahora, con el valor de He-Man, el honor del Capitán America, y la suerte de Humpty Dumpty.
Sin embargo, entiendo por que Disney no quizo producirlo, se siente que es todavía muy de "El Tigre", pareciera que Frida y Manny cambiaron de roles, además que el humor mostrado se sigue sintiendo como de Nick, es verdad que Disney ha lanzado seires con humorpesado como Jimmy Two-Shoes y Kick Buttowsky, pero el humor de Nick sigue siendo todavía un humor más pesado que el de la acual Disney, de hecho en todo momento, el corto lo estaba relacionando más con Nick que con Disney.
Espero que al menos puedas mostrar más trabajos acerca de Carmen, ya que aunque la serie no haya sido aprovada, tienes un personaje con un increible potencial para ser usada en muchos más proyectos... y espero también me permitas dibujarla en mi estilo.

Good character-designs.
Good voice work.
Good animation.
I heard Grey Delisle's voice as one of the characters. Carmen sounds like...Frida. She sounds like a friendly Vicky.
The small boy's voice is done by Dee Bradly Baker (his voice work is AWESOME).
Praise for the voice acting aside....
if this became a series for Disney, Nick's SPONGEBOB (that !@$#%-ing Sponge, pardon my French) would have a competitor.
Please please please PLEASE pitch this thing any and everywhere. That was the most i've laughed at a cartoon this year. Disney channel's only got one good cartoon on its network and they're idiots for not jumping on this like ravenous wolves.

Keep on trying to get this series on air!! I liked El Tigre and Carmen would be great as a full series. Godspeed if you try shopping this show around again!!
Why not try Nickelodeon again?
Cartoon Network might like it as well. And if you mention that Disney didn't like it the chance of it getting produced would increase.

Me gustó mucho ver la animación en keyframes. Vaya que voy a estudiar tu piloto, y estoy de acuerdo en lo que comentó alguien arriba: aunque son diferentes personajes, aun se ve como la serie del Tigre, que sin duda marcará tu trabajo por venir.
